FACILITIES In June of 1996 Imperial Machine & Tool Company moved into our custom-built brand new building on a 17-acre site in Blairstown Township, New Jersey. Built specifically with shop floor productivity in mind, our work flows smoothly from receiving/receiving inspection thru material cutoff and on to the various work centers. Additionally our Quality Control/Inspection Department is centrally located, easily enabling first piece, in-process, and final inspection. With the addition of 13,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space in June of 2000, we brought our total square footage to 30,000 square feet, all climate controlled and under one roof. Perhaps due to the fact that we are 3rd generation owners, we clearly understood the benefits of an organized, well-lit, and super clean facility. Accordingly our full time maintenance staff follows rigorous daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules to assure our machinery and facilities are always running at optimum efficiency.
