PACKAGING / DELIVERY In today’s global environment we are frequently called upon to ship to locations around the globe. While many of our items are robust military components and assemblies, a good portion, both military and commercial, are fragile and/or sensitive instrumentation. With this in mind we have equipped our shipping department with a wide array of packaging support equipment. Our options range from foam in place commercial cartons to large wooden crates and palletized skid loads. In many cases when we are dealing with multiple and ongoing shipments to a single location we work with our customers to develop re-useable containers. Frequently “lots of parts” are sent out in a hard-sided multi-use containers with return freight pre-paid. In this way after receipt at destination the kits are emptied and the case is returned ready for the next shipment. We cannot overstate the importance of safe reliable packaging as well as suitable containers. We truly believe that the first impression is a lasting one and therefore make every effort to have our shipments be received at their destination in clean clearly-marked packages with the contents securely wrapped and prepared for ease of use. Over the years one of the most consistent compliments we are paid is how impressed our customers are with our attention to details right down to the wrapping and packaging.
