Our staff and dedicated vendor base is frequently called upon to shorten the design, development, and delivery phases of many programs. This rapid response is manifested in a variety of ways typically depending on customer type. For example, our technology sector customers may call on us to urgently respond to a new design challenge that needs to be incorporated on their latest tool shipping within the next few days. This often requires late nights and busy weekends but the tool gets shipped on time and our customer makes the sale. Our military customers often are faced with a different set of problems, but the same solution is required. As America’s fighting forces face new and greater challenges, urgent deployment and shipment of battle-ready hardware has to become the norm.
