Due to our extensive involvement with large military programs we require extensive program management skill. With degrees in both Business Finance as well as Political & Government Affairs, Mike is a natural fit in Program Management. Affable and easygoing we count on Mike’s insight and abilities to keep our major programs on track.

As the 4th generation of Joest’s in the business, Mike has a bright career at Imperial Machine & Tool Co. in front of him.

In his free time you can usually find Mike relaxing with friends, playing baseball, hiking, traveling, fishing or hunting with his dog Sim.
