Some folks are lucky enough to find their “true calling”, and this can certainly be said for Rick. A natural at machining and manufacturing in general, Rick offers keen insights and approaches to our CNC methods department. His abilities in fixture design and manufacturing automation have enabled Imperial to continue to “lead the charge” in novel and/or difficult to manufacture projects. Formally trained as a Journeyman Tool & Die maker Rick has also taught apprenticeship classes in the evenings at a variety of local technical schools.

When he’s not working you can frequently find Rick and his wife Elaine surrounded by children and grandchildren at their house at the Jersey shore.
