An employee since 1999, Ron has a natural gift for CNC machining and programming. A graduate of the National Technology for the deaf, and trained as a Master Machinist, Ron has steadily advanced to become a real asset on our shop floor. As Machine Shop II Foreman, Ron has full schedule, approach and manufacturability responsibility. He frequently works closely with our design and assembly functions to develop new and/or novel approaches to thorny manufacturing problems.

Ron loves to go camping with his family. He can also frequently be found fishing, either fresh or salt, in close or off shore.
