Imperial is AS9100D Certified and ITAR Registered. We comply with the rigorous Material Control processes required by AS9100D.

We certify material by lot, material composition, and more as required by customers. We regularly manage programs that require highly controlled materials.

We have an in-house material characterization lab that allows us to analyze alloys and ensure customer specifications are met.

Imperial also has rigorous inventory control processes in place, for both raw materials and finished machined components. We regularly manage large programs that require us to hold and deliver finished goods on strict delivery schedules.

We’re capable of providing just-in-time deliveries, and excel at working closely with customers to ensure their delivery needs are being met.
